Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky was the site of Dr. Fuller’s undergraduate education. After receiving his bachelor of arts degree with a double major in chemistry and biology, he continued on to the University of Kentucky, College of Medicine in Lexington, Kentucky where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree. Dr. Fuller did his rotating internship at Duvall Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. He did his general surgery training at Jacksonville Hospitals Educational Program (now University of Florida). His specialty training in otolaryngology was at Case-Western Reserve University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. He has been licensed to practice medicine and surgery in Florida since 1956. He has been in private practice in Fort Myers, Florida since May of 1972, after a two-year stint in the U.S. Army where he served as a Major in the Medical Corps. Dr. Fuller enjoys all aspects of otolaryngology including adult and pediatric ENT disorders including car and hearing problems, sinus and nasal problems, allergy, endocrine (thyroid), and congenital disorders. He does most of the facial plastic surgery for the group and a major part of the head and neck cancer surgery.

Dr. Fuller has been licensed with the National Board of Medical Examiner since 1969. He was Board Certified in otolaryngology in 1970.
