He grew up on the west coast of Florida before attending college at Tulane University on a full academic scholarship. He continued his education at Tulane medical school.</p>
<p>A first generation immigrant from Laos, he is very proud of his heritage and how far his family has come in the United States.</p>
<p>Dr. Phommachanh is a very family oriented person and his personal interests revolve around spending time with his wife and two young children.</p>

<p>After completing his residency at West Virginia University Medical Center in Morgantown, West Virginia, Dr. Andrews went on to the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA. and earned his Doctor of Medicine.</p>
<p>He has been in private practice, specializing in Otolaryngology since 1973. This followed his U.S. Army career as Chief, ENT Clinic in Fort Rucker, Alabama. During this time Dr. Andrews was also an instructor at the Flight Surgery School in Fort Rucker, AL.</p>

<p>Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky was the site of Dr. Fuller&#8217;s undergraduate education. After receiving his bachelor of arts degree with a double major in chemistry and biology, he continued on to the University of Kentucky, College of Medicine in Lexington, Kentucky where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree. Dr. Fuller did his rotating internship at Duvall Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. He did his general surgery training at Jacksonville Hospitals Educational Program (now University of Florida). His specialty training in otolaryngology was at Case-Western Reserve University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. He has been licensed to practice medicine and surgery in Florida since 1956. He has been in private practice in Fort Myers, Florida since May of 1972, after a two-year stint in the U.S. Army where he served as a Major in the Medical Corps. Dr. Fuller enjoys all aspects of otolaryngology including adult and pediatric ENT disorders including car and hearing problems, sinus and nasal problems, allergy, endocrine (thyroid), and congenital disorders. He does most of the facial plastic surgery for the group and a major part of the head and neck cancer surgery.</p>
<p>Dr. Fuller has been licensed with the National Board of Medical Examiner since 1969. He was Board Certified in otolaryngology in 1970.</p>

Lozano" width="250" height="333" align="left" />After receiving his BA in Biology, Magna Cum Laude, from North Texas State University Dr. Lozano went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine.  He completed his M.D. at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, TX.</p>
<p>His internship and residency were completed at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, TX.  Additionally he completed his residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at The University of Texas Affiliated Hospitals and M.D. Anderson Tumor Institute in Houston, TX.  In 1988 Dr. Lozano also received his Master of Arts in Theology from Barry University completing his course work at Boston College and the University Of Notre Dame.</p>

He returned home to Albany, New York and received a Masters Degree in Anatomy, Cell Biology and Neurobiology from Albany Medical College in 1994. He remained at Albany Medical College and earned his Doctor of Medicine in May, 1998. Dr. McKenna graduated Magna Cum Laude and as one of the top four graduating physicians in his class. He was also inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society while at Albany Medical College.</p>
<p>Dr. McKenna trained in General Surgery and Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed this training in 2003. He performed more than 3000 procedures in his 5 years of training at one of the premier clinical Otolaryngology training programs in the country.</p>
<p>Dr. McKenna has lived and practiced in Lee County since 2003 and enjoys treating all aspects of Head and Neck Diseases. This includes pediatric ENT, sinus and nasal disorders, head and neck cancer, voice and swallowing abnormalities and ear disease and hearing loss.</p>
<p>Dr. McKenna has been licensed by the National Board of Medical Examiners since 1999.</p>
