What we do best
We take great pride in enhancing your well being. Our surgical specialists have the skills and resources to diagnose and treat your medical problems.
Allergy Testing & Treatment
More than 50 million people in the United States suffer from allergic disease and it is the fifth leading cause of chronic disease in the United States.
Our specialists can evaluate through examination and testing the presence of airborne and food allergies, as well as treat the complications of allergies, as they relate to the nose, skin, sinuses, and lungs.
Our practice provides immunotherapy, also known as “allergy shots”, along with “sublingual immunotherapy” or “allergy drops” placed under the tongue. This provides a form of treatment aimed at decreasing your sensitivity to substances called allergens. Allergen immunotherapy can lead to the long-lasting relief of allergy symptoms after treatment is stopped.
Immunotherapy is not recommended for children under 5 years old.
Audiology & Hearing Aid Services
Integral to our practice is the audiology department. A full team of certified audiologists, trained in all areas of hearing science, hearing disorders, sophisticated diagnostic procedure and amplification systems work directly with our physicians.
Our Audiologists can evaluate and treat ear and hearing disorders in both pediatric and adult patients.
Each Audiologist is state licensed and a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Physician Services
Diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat (ENT) and related structures of the head and neck are treated by Otolaryngologists. Our ENT Specialists (Otolaryngologist) diagnose and treat adult and children with specialty specific disorders as well as many advanced primary care problems.
Their special skills include diagnosing and managing diseases of the sinuses, larynx (voice box), oral cavity, and upper pharynx (mouth and throat), as well as structures of the neck and face.
Diagnostic Imaging (CT Scans)
CT stands for “computed tomography”. Our practice uses advanced CT Imaging via a Xoran Mini CT scanner. This creates cross-sectional images of the sinus and temporal bones.
Having this technology in our office allows our physicians to diagnose your problem and begin your treatment plan right away, giving you faster relief from your symptoms.
The scanning process lasts less than 40 seconds for an adult and 20 seconds for pediatrics. Patients sit upright making the scan very comfortable. Scans are easily accessible, wheelchair friendly and scanner has an open design. Scans are safe. Our Mini CT has lower radiation than traditional CT scans.

Pediatric ENT
Children face many of the same health problems that adults do, however symptoms may show themselves differently and treatment methods that work well in adults may not be appropriate for children.
Our physicians treat Tonsillitis and Adenoiditis, Chronic Ear Problems, congenital Abnormalities of the Ear, Hearing Loss, Hoarseness and Hyper nasal Speech, Otitis Media and Otitis External (Swimmer’s Ear) as well as other disorders such a neck lumps and masses, nasal deformities and obstruction.

The Nose
One of the most common health complaints in America is chronic sinusitis. Each year approximately 35 million people develop chronic sinusitis. It is the primary skill of the Otolaryngologist to care for the nasal cavity and sinuses. Allergies and problems relating to the sense of smell are managed by your Otolaryngologist.

Head & Neck
Important nerves located in this center of the body include nerves that control sight, smell, hearing and the face. Otolaryngologists are trained to treat both benign and malignant (cancerous) tumors, facial trauma, and deformities and infectious diseases of the head and neck.
All of the physicians of Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists of Florida are Fellows of the American College of Surgeons and perform both cosmetic plastic and reconstructive surgery.

The Throat
This vital area involves communicating by speech and singing and is specific to the expertise of your Otolaryngologist. Also included are eating, upper aero-digestive tract or esophagus and swallowing. These areas all fall within the realm specific to Otolaryngology

The Ears
One in ten North Americans suffers from hearing loss. Otolaryngologists treat these ear disorders. They are trained in surgical and medical treatment of hearing, ear infections, balance disorders, ear noise (tinnitus), nerve pain and facial and cranial nerve disorders. Otolaryngologists also manage congenital (birth) disorders of the outer and inner ear.
